The Problem

Structural cracks and voids in concrete allow water ingress, leading to reinforcement corrosion and progressive structural damage. Surface coatings cannot address deep cracks.

Scientific Method

Epoxy Injection: For dry, dormant cracks. High-strength epoxy resin injected under pressure to restore structural integrity.

Polyurethane (PU) Injection: For active water leaks. PU resin reacts with water to expand and seal, stopping active leakage immediately.
